Here’s How Our Program Works

First we do a deep dive planning session – we discuss all issues, obstacles and goals associated with sales and marketing.

From there we create an action plan to address the areas that need improvement.

  • We do a Sales Skills and Aptitude Assessment – Individual interviews and observations to help determine areas of developmental need for your salespeople

  • You and we determine if you have the right people in the right roles. From our Skills and Aptitude interview and report, you’ll have much better information to know if they’re in the right job.

  • When you need us to, we’ll interview potential new salespeople, using behaviorally-based interviews.

  • We’ll train your salespeople every month. These may be in-person sessions, or we can do web-based training sessions for one hour, twice per month for the duration of our relationship with you. You can invite all your salespeople, or even all your employees if you want.

  • We’ll work with you to create a sales and sales management process.

  • We’ll meet monthly with you to plan and review completion of all the previous plan’s actions, identify shortfalls and discuss next steps.

Pricing and Guarantee

The monthly fee for doing all that we’ve described is $3,000 per month.

Guarantee
We want you to always be happy with our service, so we provide a two-part guarantee. If in any month you don’t feel that we’ve performed as we should have to help you, we’ll give you the next month of services for free. The second part of the guarantee is that, if at any time you’re not happy with our services, you can cancel with no penalties – we won’t try to put you into a long-term agreement. We’ll work hard every month to help you reach your goals.
